Please make a party request using this form.  Minimum $150 deposit and about two weeks in advance for private parties. Please read our Private Party Agreement.   Deposit will go toward party minimum if you do not meet minimum participants.   

We also do fundraisers at your location or ours. Please fill out the form for party request.  Discounts available for large group events.

Our parties are mostly held upstrs.  Maximum painters is 35.  For Accessibility, we can also have room downstairs for maximum of 18 people.  Please indicate if you want your private party upstairs or downstairs.

Adults private painting party are $30 for up to 10 people and $25 over 15 people, for Fri or Saturday Night.  Large group discounts available.

Offsite Parties

Love the idea of painting and drinking but want to do it in the comfort of your own venue? Want to have your team building event on site? Hosting a dinner party and want a little added entertainment?

Let us bring the fun to you!

Here's the details on Off Site Private Parties:

- Off site private events can be booked Anytime! The painting time is approximately two hour and half to three hours. Our instructor will arrive early to set up and help with the painting clean up.
- You choose the painting! There are a variety featured on our paint gallery website, but feel free to stop by our studio and check out our full collection!
- There is a 10 painter minimum for us to come to you.
- The cost is $35 per painter for 10-15 painters, $30 for 16-20 and $20 for over 21.  Prices includes all materials- a 16x20 canvas, paints, brushes, etc.
- There is no Setup fee within 15 miles from our location in the city of Portland.  There is a $50 setup fee for venue 16-30miles out, and $100 for 30-50 miles.  Tables and Chairs Setups will be an extra charge.
